We often expect-or at least desire-perfection from teams, staffs, or any type of group we have working together. The Church is no exception. However, Johnathan reminds us that we ourselves aren't even perfect, and accomplishing perfection on our own terms and expecting that from everyone else wasn't even something Jesus attained. So, release your expectations of perfection and control, work forward, and, in the end, surrender it all to the caring providence of Jesus.
